Special Edition: Cat Room Transformation—Day 1

Before any work is done.	Branden cutting the carpet at the doorway.
Carpet mostly up now.	Me, rolling a garbage bag full of gross carpet down the stairs.
Hey look, carpet pad!
All that’s left of the carpet pad is the staples that held it to the floor… and even those are going away.
Might as well paint while it's nothing but subfloor…
Pre-paint prep.
After painting! Hard to tell the difference from these pics, but it's large and looks very good.
